Ann qualified as a solicitor in 1979.  Her career has focused on family law since qualifying and she has wide experience especially in acting for clients of mid to high net worth.

 

Ann is an accredited member of the Solicitors Family Law Association (www.sfla.org.uk) with specialisms in pensions and cohabitation.

Jo qualified as a solicitor in 1996 whilst working for an established firm in Tilehurst. 

 

She specialises in advising on wills and tax planning, probate and estate administration.

 

She also deals with all property work, buying or selling houses,  commercial leases and businesses, and powers of attorney and receivership work.

Charles Coleman & Co, whose origins date back to the 1950’s, has always been a small firm offering a professional and friendly service for the private individual. The current partners are Ann Thomas, who joined in 1995, and Jo Martin who joined on 1^st March 2004.
